# Sponsors

In this section, you can add and manage your sponsors, divided into the categories (e.g., Main Sponsor, Technical Partner, Media Partner).

## Sponsor Adding

Before you add your first sponsor, you must add at least one sponsor's category (look at "Sponsors Categories" below)

You should click + ADD SPONSOR button in order to add new sponsor You will see a couple of forms, which you need to fill in:

* Company logotype (recommended \*png format with transparent background)
* Sponsor's category
* Order (lower number - more important sponsor -> higher on the list)
* Website hyperlink *(optional)*

In Sponsors module you can manage your sponsors by their categories.

### Order of displaying

First are displayed sponsors with the most important category (the lowest number in "order: field - sponsors categories), and then sponsors in particular categories, ordered by "Order" field value. You can change it anytime, after clicking "Edit" next to the sponsor.

You should click + NEW CATEGORY button in order to add new category. You will see a couple of forms, which you need to fill in:

* Order (1 - displayed at the top)
* Name (e.g. Main Sponsor)
* Height of the logo, displayed on the website

You can see sponors categories on the list. (1) next to the category's name means that there is 1 sponsor in this category. (2) means 2 sponsors, (14) - 14 sponsors, etc.

### Displaying order

You set displaying order in # (Order) field while adding or editing category:

The most important ones should have the lowest numbers (e.g.. 1 - Main Sponsor, 5- Media Partner).

If you decide to add new category and you don't want to edit all the existing ones, you can assign number lower than 1, like: 0 or -1in order to display this category above others.

### Logotypes size

You define logotype height for each category (pixels - default size is 50px height for each category).

We recommend to use a value around **50px** (more sponsors - lower number recommended). The most important ones should have higher number of pixels, but should not be higher than **150px**.
