You should click + ADD BOOKMARK button in order to add new bookmark. You will see a couple of forms, which you need to fill in:
Recipients (everyone or selected groups)
Title
Content
Bookmark's recipients are all users (default setting) or group(s), which you select.
You can preview your bookmarks, add new, edit or delete existing in "Bookmarks" section anytime.
